Nice and quiet
It’s a small complex with mostly older people and some Rowan Undergrad students. It’s 10 minutes form Sewell and a nice quiet place.

Get what you pay for
Our apartment is on the older side, so missing a couple amenities like a microwave. We also had to put in requests for a new bathroom fan and to fix the gutters outside our door, because they were leaking and making a giant puddle. But it’s close to campus and downtown Sewell, so the neighborhood is excellent. The rent is also reasonable compared to the other places we looked.

Expensive but worth it
The units are nice. They’re actively updating them as there’s turnover so expect a new inside. The outside looks a bit rough but I think the inside matters more. I haven’t needed any repairs so can’t attest to how the management handles that.
