Townhouse near Dupont

Great amount of space, great location, and great light in the back room. + Pack patio with a grill.

However, heat is a bit tricky (back room has a set of single pane windows covering the back wall which means poor insulation). Ceiling/floor is very thin and sometimes the upstairs neighbors are loud. Occasional issues with squirrels living in the ceiling.
