Excellent Value, unremarkable structure

My condo is a seven minute walk from the metro and very spacious, given the price. The condo itself is unremarkable--even dated--but it's reasonably well-maintained and we've had only one or two major problems in the years we've lived there. At times management has been difficult to get a hold of, but they've improved in recent months, so perhaps that was just a blip.
