It's way overpriced for what you get

Basically, the most common apartment is the 4 roommate set up. Each pays $805 for a room, a in suite bathroom, wifi (which sucks), electric and water, and a common area, and a common kitchen. For four people the fridge is way too small and the appliances are cheap and inneficient! It seems like we pay for the location more than anything but $3220 for four bedrooms is kind of insane. Also, if you live facing IKEA prepare for endless noise at all hours from cleaning the parking deck at 11pm, to fire alarms, to cars to people on the street--it is constant and you'll never get used to it especially the night before a final. Also, their gym is basically one treadmill.
