Nice Apartments with good amenities

This complex is quite expensive, but it was important to my partner to have an apartment that didn't feel like "college housing". It is in a nice location in Costa Mesa in walking distance to restaurants, bars, and some shopping. It is close to quite a few freeways which is nice for my partner who works a ways away. The complex has great amenities, like a coffee machine, a nice gym, rooftop games, a dog park, a saltwater pool, and lots of common areas with firepits/grills/fireplaces. There is a package center, lots of security, and a locked parking garage. The apartment itself is nice with linoleum floors, stainless steel appliances, and a gas stove. There are in-unit washer/dryers. We have a good sized patio outside as well with a storage closet. You can hear planes flying over from SNA on occasion. There are lots of other young couples in the complex and it's not too far from school and other classmates.
