Excellent value, friendly management
Although the apartment is a bit dated and farther from campus, it offers exceptional value. The unit is well maintained, the community is peaceful, and the management team is always helpful and responsive. Commuting to campus is also convenient, whether by bike, bus, or car.

Good apartment with affordable rent and connivence
It is a good apartment if you don't mind the old house. Close to Trader Joe's and near the bus line 4,64,104. Quiet and safe.

Arbor Village Apartments
Maintenance has always been great and very friendly. Everything is fixed within 24 hours. Lots of parking and less than 5 minute walk to Trader Joe’s. A 5 min walk to the 4A bus stop that takes you to the medical school/hospital in 10-15 mins.

Best apartment complex ever with lots of privacy.
Great customer service and the maintenance staff is very responsive. Lived here for almost 4 years and love it. The complex is far enough away from the medical school to have some privacy/space away from other medical students but close enough to school to go back and forth. The bus is free and takes about 10-15 to get to school. The bus runs from ~6:30 to midnight and took it for pre-clinical years. During rotations, I bought a blue pass for parking for just about all of my rotations. Less sunlight in my apartment but this is apartment specific.
