Small but useful

I have a very small space which is perfect because it keeps utility cost low. It takes about 10mins to get to school and even less if I take I5. The negative is that it is very much a resident area and the closest grocery store is Zupans which is limited and expensive.

Great location next to waterfront and downtown

They have been excellent. Nice quiet neighborhood. Haven't had any problems with our unit, management, or neighbors. Our apartment is a little hot though. Definitely going to need an air conditioning unit.
