Great, but expensive apartment

It's close to campus. There's a gym on site, as well as a resident lounge and a really nice rooftop patio for when the weather is nice. You're on the river and it's very pet welcoming building. There's a fenced off-leash dog park about 5 minutes walk away. The dog park cost $80/year to join and is well maintained. Other dogs in the area are super friendly. There's a streetcar stop in front of the building and the L&C bus runs through the waterfront area.

My biggest gripes about the area are that Zupans is the closest grocery store and they charge double what other stores do for the same items. Also, very few of the restaurants in the area are open for dinner. Most things close before 7pm. It's also an expensive building, but the price reflects the safety of the area and amenities provided by the building.
