Great place, close to campus, and nice amenities!

Overall, there are great amenities, and the apartment is secure. It's nice to have different lounge places to study, and the apartment is spacious. The management is responsive, and any maintenance issues are promptly resolved. It does get a little bit loud with the metro passing by sometimes so something to keep in mind.

Fancy, safe, but expensive

Would be great place to live for people who works in downtown.

Excellent amenities and great commuting distance (10min from school). Although it’s located in midtown, it feels extremely safe to live here.

The only downside is (the most crucial part) the rent :(

I would give 10 if not for the rental price

Great community

They take care of all the maintenance, which really help when you are new in town.
Midtown area is also great, and the building is close to the metro, which is a good way to get to Rice.
