City Park

City Park is a good apartment to stay close to campus (within the DPS zone). It is secure, management is good and there are good facilities like dishwasher in each unit, laundry on each floor and gym. It is an old construction but it is a decent place to live in in your first year

Review for Citypark apartments

The management is very nice to talk to, but not very receptive on changes needed to be done. For example, one of the burners on our kitchen stove has been non-functional for more than 6 months now, and it has not been fixed yet. The building is also very old so some appliances (like the washer/drier) and the wood are not in the best condition. The good points about the apartment are the safety (2 level security to enter), and location (very close to the campus). It is also very friendly for internationals as most students who live in citypark are international students itself. Most of the amenities are also included in the rent so we dont have to worry about water or wifi charges separately.
