Quiet Location, but sometimes difficult management

We have liked how quiet our neighborhood is (right next to the hills). The facilities are nice and clean, and we especially like the pool, hot tub, and BBQ's. The gym is fine. The apartment itself is a little small, but we're happy with it. The administration can be very hard to get a hold of, which has occasionally caused problem for us. But I would overall endorse this place. Note however that they do not provide additional reserved parking. This means that if your 1 bedroom apartment comes with only 1 parking spot, you don't have an option to rent another parking spot. If you have two vehicles, you have to hustle to find an empty guest parking spot, and if they're all full you're out of luck.
