The Foundry

I feel very comfortable living there.

Pros: Close proximity to campus, busy night life, access to gym and grills 24/7, posh styled interior and garage parking.

Cons: Noisy at night everyday, unresponsive management, hard water issues, foul smells, potential security issues and poorly maintained elevators.

Property is good, door scanning never works.

The location of The Foundry is unparalleled. It is right in the center of everything. However, the management company is horrendous. They take forever to respond to anything and are inept most of the time. Despite this, I would likely still live in The Foundry for the sheer ease of commuting to campus.

Have been very pleased with my experience but it is expensive.

I like the foundry because it is close to campus.

Its ok, not a lot of great options. Could be better could be worse.

This is the worst management company I’ve dealt with in my life.
Their pricing structure is absurd for the bare bones facilities and services provided, but unfortunately they have the privilege of such extortion as the best of the worst.

Apartment is nice, but the staff is slow with certain things you ask

I love the Foundry but the management is not great with the upkeep. Many things are broken and not getting fixed in time. Other than that, great location and layouts are nice
