The Foundry

I like the foundry because it is close to campus.

This is a wonderful place to live but has so many amenities I don't necessarily need.

New building, clean, good neighbors, GREAT location.

I'm not sure how to describe the management because it is unclear if they actually exist. Getting a lease here was like pulling teeth. Describing them as unresponsive would be a compliment. I wish I could give the leasing department a negative score.

On another note, Steve the maintenance guy is great.

The location of The Foundry is unparalleled. It is right in the center of everything. However, the management company is horrendous. They take forever to respond to anything and are inept most of the time. Despite this, I would likely still live in The Foundry for the sheer ease of commuting to campus.

A little expensive but it feels very safe. Brand new apartments walking distance to school.

Apartment is nice, but the staff is slow with certain things you ask

Pros: Close proximity to campus, busy night life, access to gym and grills 24/7, posh styled interior and garage parking.

Cons: Noisy at night everyday, unresponsive management, hard water issues, foul smells, potential security issues and poorly maintained elevators.

Nice place to live but not great management

I chose the Foundry because of its location. There is no better place to live if you want to be close to Mendoza.

With that of course, there are always trade-offs. It is very expensive, but so close to campus. It can be noisy, but I love the space. They have a weird system for taking out your trash, but I love that there is a parking garage for my car. The list could go on.

Overall, this is a great apartment and it has served me very well this year.

The apartment is very good and the location is great. I think it's expensive.
