Really nice building!

Pro- nice building, secure, manned lobby desk, nice amenities. Con- package delivery is complicated, maintenance for reported issues is spotty.

3720 is my favorite apartment right now, but it's not good if you have noisy neighbors, but it's uncontrollable

I want to commend the management team for their excellent support! While I've noticed some noise from neighbors, I appreciate how quickly and effectively the security and management have addressed the situation. It truly makes a difference in my living experience. I
