slow management response

new building, but rent is high and management team is always slow on their response

Great location, beautiful, spaces outside of apartment for student-work

The location is unbeatable. It is a beautiful building. Very safe. Great amenities for roof top grilling, doing homework outside, or swimming in rooftop pool. There is a top floor Sky Lounge for working inside--gorgeous. There is also a fourth floor working space.

Wonderful (but expensive) option near campus

The Chestnut has really beautiful, spacious, brand new apartments, with a pool, clubhouse, gym, and common spaces. Management is extremely responsive and the staff is very friendly. I have had no issues with the property. One thing to note is that pretty much only students live here.

Close to campus- New Building

Overall, it has been a great experience here at "The Chestnut." This is a new building a few blocks away from the law school.
