Best Apt Complex at This Price in Orange
My one bedroom apt is 900 feet and comes with a fridge (most CA apts don’t!) and an underground parking space for $1775/month. This is a great price for a nice complex like this in CA! (I looked at several other nice apts in the area and similar units were closer to $2200/month.) Terrace is a 15 minute drive to campus so I don’t run into traffic, and there’s lots of grass and walking space which is perfect for me because I brought my dog. There’s also a computer lab at the clubhouse that offers free printing as long as you bring your own printer. 2 bedroom units start at $2100/month which is a great price for this area. Terrace is worth checking out if you’re trying to keep your expenses low but you still want to live in a nice place!
