I have loved my experience living at One Riverwalk so far- the management is responsive, the location is great, the amenities are beautiful, and I have had no problems!

Overall very good!

This complex is located right across the river from UTK, so the commute doesn't involve the interstates & takes less than 10 minutes! The only downside is the rent, but it's well worth it, especially if you have a roommate to balance out the cost!

One Riverwalk is great!

Very nice place to live. Close to school, bars, and shopping. There is a lot of construction nearby that will add restaurants, grocery shopping, and entertainment.

One of the nicest apartments in town

This apartment is beautiful and newly built. Hallways are quiet, location is unbeatable, views are amazing, and it is pet friendly.

Overall nice place to live

It’s a nice place with an awesome pool and big gym. Also very close to campus and downtown. Only downside is it’s a little overpriced
