Adam Tower - High-rise building

It's been the second year my husband and I live in the Tower. Overall, this place is super convenient and accessible to highways, shopping center as well as a Safeway and Giant stores nearby. Living right in the Georgetown area, we've got the perks of many local festivals/events throughout the year along with the great vibes of DC! We enjoy living here so much that we even recommend one of our best friends to move to the building with us. It's like living in FRIENDS series movie all over again! Overall, we have no complaint at all and would recommend any young couples to check this place out!

Good Apartment

Nice well structured apartments with thick walls. Management is slow to respond but they will get issues taken care of eventually. The location is what you're paying for and you can't get a better location than this. DC always has high prices and hopefully eventually they will stabilize but for now if you're living in the city you aren't going to get what you pay for, dishwashers etc etc. are not provided but the roof has seriously the best views in DC so you definitely get some perks.

Georgetown Reviews

Literally the perfect neighborhood in DC. It's right on the border of Georgetown, Dupont Circle, and Foggy Bottom. They are the best three neighborhoods in DC, and you are basically a part of all three of them in this location. It is extremely safe and quiet, but also a short walk into the busier parts of town for entertainment.
Georgetown is the perfect place if you want to live somewhere that is safe and quiet.
Georgetown provides a good balance of a quieter living along with good proximity to local bars and restaurants.
So much to do and always lively! Kind of gives you a city feel but still relaxed. Grocery stores are close and there are many shopping/dining/ bars to go to. Close to the waterfront and movie theater is two blocks away. Boat rentals is walking distance and there are great running trails!
Georgetown is a quiet, safe neighborhood with tree-lined brick sidewalks that make it look more of a southern city like Savannah than the rest of D.C.
Georgetown is a great place to live if you spend a lot of time on Georgetown's campus. The school is in walking distance and the neighborhood has a cozy feel. Great proximity to bars, restaurants, shopping. However, Georgetown is cut off from the rest of DC and it is a bit more difficult to get to/from other areas of the city.
Excellent neighborhood and within walking distance of hospital. Very safe.
Beautiful neighborhood that provides suburban feel with inner city proximity. More residential with less places to go out than some other neighborhoods but still close enough access to anything you would need
