Townhouse
Literally the perfect neighborhood in DC. It's right on the border of Georgetown, Dupont Circle, and Foggy Bottom. They are the best three neighborhoods in DC, and you are basically a part of all three of them in this location. It is extremely safe and quiet, but also a short walk into the busier parts of town for entertainment.

Love the proximity of the Foggy Bottom and Dupont metros. Both about 15-20 min walk, if that. Have found my local spots that I frequent regularly which made the area feel like home despite being very touristy at times.

Awesome neighborhood. Lot of restaurants, shops in the area. A few bars but not that much nightlife for people in their 20s. Walking distance to the waterfront as well.

So much to do and always lively! Kind of gives you a city feel but still relaxed. Grocery stores are close and there are many shopping/dining/ bars to go to. Close to the waterfront and movie theater is two blocks away. Boat rentals is walking distance and there are great running trails!

Georgetown is a quiet, safe neighborhood with tree-lined brick sidewalks that make it look more of a southern city like Savannah than the rest of D.C.

Georgetown is a great place to live if you spend a lot of time on Georgetown's campus. The school is in walking distance and the neighborhood has a cozy feel. Great proximity to bars, restaurants, shopping. However, Georgetown is cut off from the rest of DC and it is a bit more difficult to get to/from other areas of the city.

Living in Georgetown is beautiful, quiet, and safe. It gives the feeling of leaving the city while still having easy access to all the city offers. The only downside may be that it is not as young or social as other areas. Dupont Circle is close enough to provide metro access all over the city, but living here still requires being ok with walking.
