Modern, good management, spacious rooms

Pros: high ceilings, spacious rooms, management responds to maintenance request quickly, small but clean gym, thick walls = can't hear your neighbors
Cons: slow elevators, virtually no guest parking spots, a little overpriced, people leave trash in the trash chute rooms
