Not bad
The property is dated but very quiet, safe, and well maintained. Maintenance is the best part of the experience - they respond quickly and do a great job. It is not close to anything and is definitely a car-required location, but parking is included. Much more affordable than living in Ann Arbor, especially for pet owners, and less student-centric. We have found other tenants to be very lgbt friendly. The property is pretty and has outdoor seating and a pond with wildlife. Management is very direct about issues which has rubbed people the wrong way but it also keeps the property nice.

Comfortable
comfortable and high quality. I wish there were more amenities like a gym and pool. However, they are pet-friendly.
