New building with friendly neighbors

I’m really happy with my choice at the Avana. It’s a smaller complex where all the neighbors know each other and are super friendly. It’s in Hyde Park across the street from the triangle so it’s very convenient to all those amenities. For me having gated, assigned, and secured parking was non-negotiable so this place is perfect. Also it was important for me to have in unit washer and dryer another plus for the Avana. The building is just a few years old so everything is new and fresh!
