Good location and facilities, not great management
I have lived here all of law school, and I really love my apartment. The building is nice, it has a great gym, and it is well located (not too close to campus but not too far). Management has changed several times, and I don’t love the new management company, but I’m still happy here.

Nexus East
Management has changed and isn't as on top of things as the last company. They don't do fun things for the residents, and some apartment systems have been down for a long time. I like my apartment and the amenities though.
