Great for 3 people!
This is a side-by-side duplex that was fairly recently renovated - meaning it has minimal pests (just a few bugs here and there), new flooring, and CENTRAL AIR (!!!). Biggest draws for this apartment were [above], lots of sunlight, large kitchen space, and plenty of living space. Rent includes one covered and two uncovered parking spots directly behind the house. Management is hands-off, but responsive.
