Top Tier for price and location

It’s been great at Mozaic. It’s only about 15 minute drive from school. It’s also literally next door to the central transportation hub, Union Station, so you can get anywhere in LA county and beyond with relative ease. Pet friendly and all the residents here are quite nice. Staff is friendly and always ready to help. Weekly food trucks and rooftop pool are bonus perks.

Great for USC student

If you check the reviews of this apt online, you will be impressed. The apt has a great location and the leasing managers are super accountable- it takes only 1 day for the maintenance.
More importantly, it was next to Union Station and USC offers free shuttle buses. They are non-stop buses from Union Station to USC campus in every 10 min during peak hours. It takes 5 minutes to walk from the apt to the bus station.
A great place to live for international students without cars.

Mozaic Apartment

Complex is located at epicenter of metro and bus transportation. Complex exterior is very nice but apartments seemed to be a bit crammed.
