Nice apartment but overpriced and bad management

I love my actual unit, and the location is great, but the amenities have been closed for Covid, and even when open they are not worth the price of the building. Management is also not very helpful and my car was broken into in the building’s garage.

Love Access So Far!

I've lived here for four months and have had a great experience! The apartments are beautiful, the facilities are well-maintained, the amenities will be great to use once they're open (closed for COVID), and the customer service has been wonderful!

Great accessibility at Access

Lots of great amenities such as pool, outdoor space, clubhouse, gym
Allows pets
Management is responsive and onsite Monday through Saturday
Feels secure while also being located centrally in Culver City to great shops and restaurants, easy access to the Metro Expo Line
Price is on the expensive side but in line with "luxury" style apartments
