Terrace

The aesthetics of the building are a bit outdated but everything you need is there, clean, and functional.

It's really nice and spacious! No microwave though and slightly run down but overall really good. Gym is also pretty small and some equipment doesn't work. It's also really hot inside.

I live here because it's the law-students-only building, and I thought it would help me get to know people in my program and get to know the area, as I've never lived in LA before. It's good for those purposes. Decent for the area, though the neighboring houses can be a bit loud weekend nights.

I love the community in Terrace. My unit itself is suitable, but nothing great. Our stove malfunctions a lot. There's no AC in the bedrooms, even though it's advertised as being an air conditioned apartment. The green walls are ugly. But overall, it's alright.

I like living here. The location is very convenient, I have a lot of storage space, and I haven't had any roommate issues. Maintenance has been very responsive whenever I've had an issue and our RA Madison is very nice and helpful.

There is no air conditioning in the bedrooms. However, I don't find this to be too unmanageable. In general, I am comfortable here and have not had many problems.

The walls are incredibly thin. I can hear my upstairs neighbor constantly and am often disturbed by intense thudding. There is also a lot of street noise. I would not recommend. Not a good place to live.

Only good thing might be its location.

It’s a great apartment and nice place to live! I do wish there was AC within the bedrooms.

Solid school provided student housing. All basic needs met. Very reasonable rent for the area and walking distance from village and school area. Management is responsive to maintenance requests.

Great place to live if you are a USC Student. Campus is 10 minutes away. The only downside is that living near USC can be quite dangerous. The walls in the apt too were quite thin and you can hear your upstairs/downstairs neighbor walking around.
