Pros and Cons. Would absolutely take this unit in another building
Proximity to school is the strongest point. In-unit laundry is a MAJOR perk as well. This building allows cats and small dogs. I even have a fireplace. Unit is great, but proximity to the W hotel can mean it can be a study distraction at times. No more on-site manager and they got rid of the gym while simultaneously raising rents. Suggests to me that they don't care as much anymore. Spacious enough for a roommate, too.
