Los Feliz Plaza
The management is pretty much nonexistent, but if you are an easygoing person who does not mind having a little patience waiting to get things fixed, I think it is a perfectly fine housing environment for a student. There is a gym in the building, not well maintained but at least there is a place you can go to work out, and also a pool.

A great location, but a little noisy.
A great location, but management increases rent tremendously after first lease, and the complex can get quite noisy. Also, the apartment is definitely older and outdated.
