Great place, near campus
8-minutes drive to the campus, 5-minutes walk to the metro station. Great management team. Cost-efficient.

I'd recommend Axis on 11th/ 1100 South Hill Street!
1100 South Hill Street is a very well-run building.
There are probably some ways that they cut corners/took shortcuts in construction/ design, but I've been totally satisfied with the interactions I have had with management.
I will say that is clear that currently the building units are probably 75% full. I'm not sure what the building will be like when it gets closer to 90-100% filled.
Only downside is that if you are commuting to the USC campus, it is a bit of a longer walk to the metro station (perhaps 12 minutes).

Easy access to campus - approx. 10-15 min drive. 10 minute walk to the metro station on Pico. The building is only a couple years old. Not a lot of food options within a three block radius - have to go more towards 8th Street for food options.
