Affordable Apartment in Koreatown
Overall, I am incredibly happy with my apartment and plan to renew my lease when it's up. It's an incredibly great deal for a 2br/2ba in Koreatown and it comes one parking spot (and we pay for an additional one for $50 per month).
The apartment itself is rather small, with not a ton of storage space in the common areas. However, it's worth giving that up for two en suite bathrooms. The management company is pretty responsive, sending someone out when we request maintenance within 2 days. They're pet friendly (we have two cats) and it's an incredibly quiet building. There's an on-premises manager who is around for small requests. The area is very safe and is close to public transit.
