Great and Affordable
My experience with the evan has been wonderful. Management is very helpful and responsive. The place is very clean and updated. There are some bug issues occasionally but nothing too big of concern. Parking is extra and in an seperate location.

Loyola Law student 2025
Closest student housing to Loyola Law. I heard good things from previous year's students. There are a total of 8 private rooms with bathrooms. Place is fully furnished, so I didn't need to bring anything. The place has a great vibe ... most students study together & hang out together. Only negative is no onsite parking, but they do have a secured lot one block away. You can see place on instagram: TheEvanLA . Also close to Metro stop about 10 minute walk.

The Evan Review
The Evan is a social house.

TheEvanLA
This is a communal space that is within 5 minutes walk to LLS. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and housemates share a living room and the kitchen. Given the distance, most people staying are LLS students. I recommend the place for nice furnished rooms, great communication with owner, sense of family/community within the house, and great commute distance.

Close to Campus
I live in a co living apartment with 7 other units. I have my own bedroom and bathroom. The 8 of us share a kitchen and laundry room. I like living here very much because all of us are Loyola students and we get to hang out often. My favorite thing about this apartment is that it is about a 4 minute walk to campus. The only downsides to this apartment are the thin walls, small refrigerator space, and loud street traffic. I would not say that those things bother me too much though. There is also no parking directly at the unit, but for an extra $100 a month there is a lot close by you can park at. Overall I give this place a 8.5/10. I really like all my roommates so I probably would not have given it this high of a rating otherwise. It does have everything you need and it's a great value. I would definitely recommend it for first year students. I am not from LA so I am really happy I spent my first year here to get acclimated.
