Great experience, spacious studio near USC

I lived in their studio on the second floor and it's very spacious, basically the size of a one-bedroom apartment without walls. It's convenient access to USC. Overall, a charming studio in an older building with responsive management. Would recommend.

Home

I feel so lucky everyday to have found this place!! The building is old but has so much charm and is built so well. The property is so cute and truly feels like home. My apartment is also bigger than average !!

Good location, spacious, well-priced

Good value for a no-nonsense apartment, somewhat responsive management, extremely close proximity to law school, issues with mail security

Great Apartment Close to USC

The apartment was spacious, in a beautiful piece of property, and a short walk to both USC's campus and the Rose Garden. The complex has a parking lot which is critical as there is often no street parking. The only downsides to the complex is the immense amount of traffic when there is a soccer game or concert and the feral cats.

Great value apartment

Not a new property, but responsive management. Works well for a student and spacious for the size/location. Parking is extra. No fancy amenities. Very close to USC campus.

Secret and Quaint Apartment

Excellent management—always available.
Very quiet, so it is great for grad/law students.
Under 10 minute walk to the south end of campus (where the law school and Metro stop is).
Old school vibe, with lots of beautiful palm trees; makes for a quaint space for students.

Right next to USC without the noise

Huge studio apartment that feels like a 1 bedroom. Great for graduate students attending USC that don't want to be around the Greek life that undergraduates participate in.

Can be a bit tricky when there is a game at the Coliseum (roads get blocked off and you might see and hear the fireworks - maybe that's a bonus?)

Always feel safe - the property is gated and if you own a car, it's just $100/month to have a parking spot.

From the apartment to class, door to door, is 7-8 minutes. You'll be happy to have an extra hour of sleep when everyone else is waking up at 6am to get to their 8am class.
