Great area, cute apartment
The apartment is one of four in a house built in early 20th century Beaverton. The walls aren't the thickest and the plumbing isn't the best, but otherwise it's a cute, light apartment with hardwood floors and plenty of surrounding nature. This part of Beaverton is right on the edge of Portland and only about 15 minutes from Lewis & Clark or downtown. Beaverton itself is incredibly underrated, with more diversity of people and food than Portland itself.
