Close to campus and friendly people
This is a relatively quiet community and is located along Beaverton-Hillsdale Hwy., which is ideal for students looking to work in Multnomah, Washington, or Clackamas Counties. There’s a bus that runs directly downtown (only takes 20 minutes), and to get to campus you’d need to transfer to a second bus (only takes about 40 minutes). the bus also runs to the grocery store (1 mile away).
The apartment manager lives on-site and is very helpful when there’s any issues. She responds to tenant needs quickly, and secures repair services in a timely manner from friendly and professional vendors.
Each apartment comes with one parking spot, and a limited number of garages are available at a reasonable rate. Some of the units have washer/drier, but there’s also 4 laundry rooms for use by the residents.

Conveniently Located + Friendly + Quiet
This is a simple, moderately sized apartment complex (has between 20-26 units). The manager lives on the property and is easy to contact. I live in a one bedroom unit on the top floor and am happy with the size of the unit. My apartment is facing Beaverton Hillsdale Hwy, but there are trees that block the street view.
The complex has shared washing/drying machine rooms. There is no gym or community space. It's a quiet complex with respectful tenants. Public transportation drops off in front of the complex.
