Older buildings with lots of charm, amazing neighborhood

We live in an incredible, safe neighborhood right near east campus and within walking distance of downtown. Trinity Properties is a very responsive management company. The apartment is older so has creaky wood floors (some noise caused by upstairs neighbors who have a dog, cockroaches occasionally), but lots of charm and stays so cool during the day. We're very close to the east campus to west campus bus and it's very easy to bike around. We have free laundry in the building (never busy).

Best neighborhood!

I love living in this beautiful old building with real hardwood floors, an old fireplace, and a wonderful front porch. The neighborhood is primarily single-family homes and has lots of trees, families walking dogs, gardens, and birds. The bike commute to the medical school is my favorite part of the day, and the East-West Duke shuttle is less than 5 minutes away walking. I would highly recommend living in Trinity Park! Things I wish were different were the cockroaches we see every now and then (1xweek or so) and the noise the upstairs neighbors and their dog make. Overall, I am happy.

Great place to live, hard to get an apartment, but well worth it.

Good price and location in trinity park. 5min walk to the c3 and c1 busses at east campus as well as walking distance to ninth street and downtown. The place is older, but trinity renovates frequently and even upgraded our bathroom. Very happy so far.
