It's alright for the money.
It's better than the Village.

Not bad, but not as good as it seems
Great space in the apartment and the layout is nice. It is nicer than the other apartments in the area, and for the price with the space you get, it is worth it! However, there have been lots of problems which made moving in and living here a pain. First off, management is so difficult to deal with, very disorganized, shady, forgetful, and unprofessional. I was not able to tour at all before signing the lease which was very annoying. They kept saying there were no units to show, but even when there were available units online, they REFUSED to let me tour. They asked us to leave good reviews on google in order to "secure" our application and telling us we might lose our unit we applied for even though they wouldn't allow us to apply to another unit we liked because someone else already applied...Maintenance requests take forever to get fixed, and there have been two things that are broken that we submitted a request for 4 months ago that have not been fixed because they have to "check to see if they have the parts and ask if they can buy it". We also had a recurring ant infestation and although they did send the exterminator a few times, they didn't fix the root of the problem which was the space in the wall where they were coming from. Our unit is "renovated" but the only thing updated was the countertops and kitchen appliances. Everything else is old and somewhat dirty/broken. The hallways and elevators are also very old and smell weird. However, I wouldn't move since it still is a great deal and overall think it's better to suck up the problems.

Foster Square
The apartment itself is very nice and the location is great. However, maintenance is not the best and it does take a while for them to get back to you.

Foster Square “Luxury” apartments
Foster square boasts as a “luxury” apartment complex, but it is not quite living up to that standard. The lobby area, elevators, and hallways of the building I live in are quite dirty and not maintained, however the actual apartment and rooms inside are good. Also, I heard other apartment complexes have rats and many bugs so I’m glad foster square doesn’t have that at least. The management there does not care about you at all after you sign the lease and get a little rude. Overall, it is an okay complex that needs some improvements.

Safe apt, lots of parking, messy gym
Pros: close to stores, gas station, school, lots of parking, swimming pool, spacious apt with balcony
Cons: messy gym so get a gym membership somewhere else, no clubhouse to hangout or study in if I need a new scenery.

Pretty good
Close to school. Apartment itself is nice but the hallways and lobbies could be cleaner. They could be faster with repairs. But it’s nice to be by school
