hard to imagine a place better than this for my time in med school

The apartment complex is very convenient being only 7 minutes away from school. It is also in a very safe and welcoming environment. All of the neighbors are very kind! It is also a plus that so many Rowan Students also live there so it is easy to meet people and study!

The apartment is nice but the management company is TERRIBLE! They are unresponsive to concerns and require consistent follow-up. Do not fall for their deceptive rental practices and ensure you can see the apartment BEFORE renting. My advice: spend a little extra and find a different apartment.

Main cons are the hallways smell funny and maintenance requests take a while to get fixed: also the water is very hard. however overall it’s pretty good. Great location and the parking lot is never full. I would live here another year.

I really love my apartment. Its the perfect amount of space for one person. The unit is 720 square feet and for its size its pretty cheap. Some of the one bedrooms in other places were less square feet for more money. My kitchen and bathroom are really nicely sized. And I have lots of storage and closet space. Its really close by to a bunch of restaurants, a beer garden, other apartment complexes.

The apartment itself is very nice. My only issue is that with the floorplan of my apartment, the laundry is in the second bathroom which is inconvenient at times. Additionally, signing the lease was problematic as it felt like pulling teeth to get in contact with our leasing agent, Sterling. It was very difficult to get all of the requirements stated to successfully sign the lease it led to many issues when we were trying to move in.

My experience at this apartment is fine. The area is safe and the buildings all have key pads to enter the building. But, some of the doors to the buildings do not fully close which defeats the initial purpose of having a key pad. The overall floorplan of the rooms is great--plenty of space and storage areas--but the price is somewhat high to not include some of the other utilities.

Foster Square offers a clean and comfortable living space that is very close to campus. Though the rent is a bit on the higher side for this area, it is worth it for the amenities that it includes and the quality of the apartments. There are only a couple of restaurants within walking distance but a ton more within a very short driving distance. The area feels very safe and there is always a massive amount of extra parking available. My only complaint is that maintenance does take a long time (days or weeks) to respond to requests, but they do eventually get to it.
