expensive but highly recommend

I have loved living here. The only issue is it is very pricey but I wanted to live somewhere nice for my last year in Atlanta so I was willing to pay more. The amenities are so nice (gym, trash valet, pool, gated dog relief area, etc.), the location is close enough to school but also in a really fun area near Ponce, Edgewood, Inman Park, etc. with access to the BeltLine. There are also designated study areas which has been really convenient to have somewhere else to sit outside of my apartment during covid times. This has also been a great place to live alone as it is very secure with fobs to get in and out, cameras, and a built in security system.

Old Fourth Ward - highly recommend!

Love Windsor Old Fourth Ward. The neighborhood is super walkable (by Atlanta standards) - lots of restaurants, bars, and parks right around the corner.

Great apartment in a great area

The Windsor is located in Old Fourth Ward, a great area for social activities (tons of walkable bars and restaurants). The building itself is only a couple of years old and offers all of the best amenities (gym, pool, rooftop, grills, etc.). Great for pet owners who want to live in Old Fourth Ward.
