Riverview Apartments

Riverview is overall a good place to live. Management is very nice and seem to be available when needed, as is maintenance. The apartments themselves seem to be spacious and well laid out with good storage options. The location is great and very close to campus and downtown as well. For me, the only downside is the parking situation, which is a surface lot that tends to become full quickly, the lack of amenities (no pool), and the general smell in the hallways, which thankfully does not seem to carry into my apartment.

Riverview Apartments are located about 5 minutes away from the school and they are a STEAL. They are directly behind the White River State Park so there's an accessible trail and view AND their parking is free which is almost unheard of in this area.

This apartment is only a four minute drive to the law school. The amenities are brand new and I’ve never had a package go missing. The rooms are much more spacious than the other apartments we toured and we have a beautiful view of the sunrise

This apartment is just 5 minutes away from campus and considerably more affordable than other apartments this close to campus. The apartments are large, new, and have great amenities. Parking is free, which is huge. Management is very kind and always quick to respond to a work order. Because the property backs up to a high school, it is also a relatively safe area. I cannot recommend Riverview enough.

This apartment is great if you have a roommate and you want to live near campus. Parking is free and the bedrooms are larger than expected and comfortable. The apartment does not come furnished, and there are no light fixtures in the bedrooms or living room. The apartment is updated (modern) and the building is safe and secure due to you can only come in with a key fob.
