You get what you pay for

It’s a cheap apartment complex. Rent is cheap, furnishings are cheap, materials are cheap. It’s fine and it gets the job done, but it’s definitely not somewhere I spend more time than I have to. The walls are thin, but luckily most other tenants are quiet because it’s all grad students.

Convenient for first year, new to area

Campus Crossings Apts are very convenient as a first year student. With a shuttle route that stops on the property going directly to campus, you can easily save money on a parking pass on campus. It is also furnished, if you are not interested in dealing with that hassle as well. Because most utilities and internet are included, we only pay one other bill per month (electricity; we choose not to have cable). The downside here is that you have to pay for parking at the complex ($65 covered, $85 covered and gated) which is absurd; and the furniture is not worth the price for the low quality. Otherwise, the upkeep of the property is very good. The pool is great in the summer and the gym, though tiny, has basic essential equipment. The staff is very friendly as well, and Kroger is a short walk away. Overall, good choice for first year, but after learning the area, I will be living elsewhere next year.

Everything you can ask for as an International Student

Campus Crossings is a fully furnished apartment complex with good management and maintenance staff. It has a pool, clubhouse, gym, yoga studio, tanning bed and a gazebo. The house is spacious and well designed with everything you need. Each room has a private bathroom and the tenants are respectful of each other's privacy and noise levels are low.

Great Place - No Pets

It's a great apartment but not pet friendly and extremely thin walls.

Very bad!

fully furnished apartment has old furniture
, bed is not comfy, gym is pretty small with three treadmills - usually faulty
, management is not responsive at all
, have seen couple of strangers peeking into bedrooms from the windows in the ground floor. management does not care even after repeated complaints
, much better apartments available around at the same or lower price. don't go for the fully furnished convenience - not worth it. you end up spending way more than what it will cost to buy second hand furniture.

Furnished Apt with Decent Mgmt on Emory Shuttle Route

Campus Crossings is furnished, so no need to buy furniture. It also comes with in unit washer/dryer. There's a pool, a very small gym and an okay common area. The amenities aren't that great compared to other properties in the area and rent is slightly more expensive, but includes furnishings and all utilities except electricity. Emory Shuttle stop is right outside.

The staff is generally friendly and maintenance has been quick whenever I've had to request anything.

Convenient and best

Can't be happier. I have no complaints at all. Perfectly suits my needs which are:
1) easy commute to campus
2) access to shuttle service
3) All necessary amenities (washer, dryer, oven, furniture) included

Good option for internationals

This apartment is furnished with bed, table, microwave, oven, washer-dryer, etc. It is not pet friendly if you are planning to get a pet post briarcliff might be better option. The shuttle to Emory is very regular, grocery is a 6-7min walk.
