A good deal, if you're looking near campus!

Great location (with proximity to tasty restaurants), and utilities and furniture are included in the rent. There are some issues with the apartment (e.g. faulty AC installation... can't permanently fix it without tearing out all the wiring in the apartment) but the maintenance team is very responsive and always there for a band-aid fix. Peaceful environment overall!
