Ezlyn Westminster
Ezlyn Westminster is a great property in a great location. It sits nicely on the Westminster-Broomfield border and is conveniently located between Denver and Boulder. The apartment complex is a older, but they've renovated many units and upkeep the property pretty well. They gave me a renovated, 3rd-floor 1 bed 1 bath apartment that's spacious and has great storage space. The closet (depending on the size of your wardrobe) is a bit small, but the bedroom has plenty of space to fit extra clothing storage. I had some issues with various things needing to be maintained already, but maintenance is quick and responsive. The best part of moving here is that they gave me two months of free rent. The amenities are excellent: a pool, grills in the pool area, a good-sized gym, a dog-spa, a secure package room, and a lot of community events. The complex is located next to a Vasa (commercial gym) within walking distance, and it's next to Wadsworth, which followed either way goes to great restaurants and stores. It's approximately 5 minutes away from highway 36 and can get you to Wolf Law in 15-30 minutes depending on traffic. Overall a great property at a very fair value.

Nice space, responsive management team, lackluster location
I love my apartment and the management team is amazing. The only downside is that the apartment community itself is not in the most fun location. Besides an abundance of open space parks, there is not much to do near the community, nor are the many great restaurants within a 10 minute drive.

Great place to live if you can bare the commute or want the flexibility of being equidistant between Denver and Boulder.
