I have loved living at The Cardinal Condos!
I moved here after a tour of several apartments and condos for rent. I was looking for a quiet, walkable location allowing cats. This condo building is 40% owner occupied, which insures the building is . My neighbors are so quiet I cannot hear them, and the community is welcoming but not so welcoming as to be awkward. This building is dated and some units are renovated while others have not been— but this just means the rent for a unit is often a steal compared to the surrounding apartment buildings. The rent for my studio is $1,000 and includes all utilities except internet. Biking and walking paths right along the Spout Run area are perfect for outdoor recreation.

Great place to live
No complaints- this place is an awesome place to live. The location is great, the people are nice and I have no issues to discuss. I would potentially buy a nice two bedroom here. I have nothing more to say at this point. All and all we are very happy

MOM's market is on-site. I shop there occasionally but prefer the cheaper option of Giant down the street (a short drive or walk). The metro is a short and safe 5-minute walk away. The building does sit right off Lee Highway, but I have never had any noise or other problems associated with this. I like how quickly I can pull onto the major road instead of navigating around crowded city traffic. I drive to school in under 5 minutes via Lee Highway.
