2 Bedroom Review

The Foundry is overall pretty great. The apartment is a much lower rate than many others in the area, with all modern finishes. The building is just a couple of years old. There are restaurants below, although the options walking distance are limited. Overall, aside from being a bit distant from DC and parts of Arlington, I really like the location. Management and Maintenance are both responsive and quick. I've had a couple minor hiccups with management, but they were rectified immediately.

Decent Amentities, Great Location, Horrific Neighbors

Not much to say. Brand new apartment complex (opened 2020 I think). Good units, cement ceilings so you don't hear people stomping around. Small gym and yoga studio but they are good enough.

Amazing location near a movie theater, whole foods, metro.

Horrific experience with neighbors. Walls are thin, younger residents tend to be noisy and awful. Lots of disrespectful people. I live on the floor with lounge amenities and the amount of people in the hallways screaming and talking outside my door is obnoxious.

If you can get a place in the very top or middle floors (7-13, 16) you will likely have a much better experience. Otherwise, there are new places opening up in area you could check out.
