The Village
I like the amenities. It goes a long way with the stress of school.

Good but a bit pricey to live on your own

Good value for a student
Love how close the apartment is to school, and the management was very helpful during the application and move in process. While the area is not directly in the hustle and bustle, it is not far from stores and amenities. Rent is a little steep, personally, but it's on par with similar apartments in the area. They have everything I was looking for, so it was worth it to me. Laundry in unit is a BIG plus.

Solid choice! You get what you pay for.
Quiet neighborhood and maintenance is quick to respond. Some of the appliances and rooms are outdated, but nothing to be alarmed of. I can always find parking and the best part is the short commute to school.

I have no disturbance and I like that I have my own washer and dryer.

A great first apartment
I came directly out of college, so this was the first apartment that I've rented, and it has worked out spectacularly. It is super close to school, so it's only about a 5-10 minute drive. The maintenance has a very quick turnaround and renting the apartment from the managing staff was a super easy procedure. My only real complain is that the kitchen is too small but that's because I like to cook and need the counter space.

great place
had no issues with the apartment, they were always super fast with the maintenance and i always felt safe. the inside is clean and comfortable, rarely any issues with bugs. however, they do increase the rent every year and it has become too pricey at this point.

Nice Apartments but Not 100% Safe
Although it is no fault of the complex for any individuals malicious behavior, in my few months living at the village in voorhees my neighbor's expensive car was stolen and there have been multiple police responses to outdoor disturbances on the property. Other than this lack of safety (not due to the complex itself) the management is amazing at responding to service requests and does regular maintenence to their buildings. This was certainly the nicest and most reasonable apartment for the price offered and they do take safety concerns of residents very seriously so I think they make up for the fact that they can't control outsiders from committing crimes and such.

Apartment
I really like living in this apartment. I have lived in many other places over the years and consider this place one of the best for now. I do think it is neighbor dependent though. Thankfully for now mine are great! I was also really worried about everything being electric (no gas), but the monthly bill hasn't been too much in the summer/fall seasons. I have to say it is not cheap to live here overall, but the neighborhood and proximity to school make it more worth it to pay more for now.
