The Village at Voorhees

The leasing office is absolutely amazing. PARKING IS AWESOME. It is just an open lot for residents and visitors. There is never any lack of parking spots and it is so nice to not worry about where visitors need to park. The apartment is small but clean and perfect for a medical student. Neighbors are quiet. There are a lot of pet owners in the complex.

Its a great location- only 5 minutes away from campus. Groceries and a gym within 10 minutes. Ample parking. Biggest con is the price. I am paying way too much for what I have.

It’s located very close to the Stratford campus and very close to many restaurants and grocery stores. Management is very professional and courteous, and is out to fix things that are broken in a timely manner. It can be hard to find availability, but check often as their site can update throughout the day. There’s plenty of spacious parking. Amenities include in apartment washer/dryer, electric water heater, electric stove top, dishwasher, and a combination heater/air conditioner. Has just about everything you need and is a great place to stay.

There is no central AC and coming from Florida where everything has central AC is a little hard to get used to.

I enjoy my current living arrangement

I love my apartment. It a very quiet neighborhood with people around our age. Hardly any kids or loud neighbors which is great for studying at home. Parking is very easy and free. Management is also very nice and responsive. They fix any problem (outlet not working) within 24 hrs.

Decent Apts

Good apartment
