Nice Apartments but Not 100% Safe
Although it is no fault of the complex for any individuals malicious behavior, in my few months living at the village in voorhees my neighbor's expensive car was stolen and there have been multiple police responses to outdoor disturbances on the property. Other than this lack of safety (not due to the complex itself) the management is amazing at responding to service requests and does regular maintenence to their buildings. This was certainly the nicest and most reasonable apartment for the price offered and they do take safety concerns of residents very seriously so I think they make up for the fact that they can't control outsiders from committing crimes and such.

Convenient but a little expensive
The village is convenient and maintenance responds to issues quickly. The apartment is a little overpriced for the area but it is convenient. It also has a washer, dryer and dishwasher which is really nice. The cost for heat is very very expensive in the winter. It also only has old electric stoves which are harder to cook with

The Village at Voorhees Review
Close to campus

Love it
Very close to the Stratford campus (5 minutes drive max)
In unit washer and dryers
My apt is right next to a nature area with a walking trail
Pet friendly - I walk my dog and go to the dog park
Friendly management
Cheap rent for the area
I recommend getting a one bedroom on the first floor, and try to get a unit next the nature trail. White horse road can be loud if you get a unit next to the parking lot/main road. Location matters!
I love this apartment and I am planning on staying here until I graduate. it's also very quiet and peaceful.

Living experience
Good maintenance but old smelly and out dated for the price.

Home Sweet Home
I really like the village! It is nice and quiet. Maybe a little pricey, but cheaper than the neighboring complexes. Pet friendly I have a cat there is a $250 one time fee and $30/month but you get $250 for going to Rowan so kind of evens out. There is a tennis court and basketball half court, a pool, a trail, and grills. Great management.

The Village at Voorhees Review
Very safe community. Just very expensive

good but expensive
really nice, free of bugs and close by to lots of things, but be careful - they raise the rent year to year and it’s already expensive
