Village at Voorhees
If you want to be close to the Stratford campus (and the Lindenwold PATCO station), the Village is a great spot. Management is responsive, apartments have enough space, and the rent isn't bad, though you do have to budget for the gas/electric bill. They've got a pool and gym as well. Many SOM students live at the Village or nearby.

Village of Voorhees. My perspective
Quick maintenance. Very close to campus. Very secure and safe feeling. Lots of Rowan SOM students here. Quiet despite people above me having dogs (barely audible if at all). minimal shared walls. A bit more expensive than I originally wanted to pay.

Affordable, Quiet, Med School Apartment
My fiancée and I are going on our second year living here. It has been a great experience so far, and it is also likely the cheapest 2 bedroom place one could find around the area. I live 3 minutes from Stratford campus, have two gyms at my disposal, multiple walking trails, and two pools open during the summer. The village is also pet-friendly, with just a minor extra monthly fee.

Highly recommend The Village at Voorhees
Great for students. Very close to school. Open parking is great for having friends and guests over. Management and maintenance are very responsive. Small apartment however.

Apartment
The apartment was renovated before move in. They made the leasing process super easy for me especially as I am no longer working. Everything was quick and straight forward. Our leasing officer responded right away to any questions me and my roommate had.

Expensive but a good place to be
Quiet & close to school, but $1900 is tough on a student schedule... Have a pool and a mid gym.

Great Location, great management.
Very close to school and nice apartments. Has an in-unit washer, dryer, dishwasher. Management is very courteous and maintains the properties very well. Many grocery stores and food options nearby.

Very quiet
The maintenance crew is very prompt at fixing issues.

Its alright.
Amenities are not the best. The complex is very old and it’s not too spacious. There is no central heat or AC, rather a heater and AC machine. All the appliances make a loud noise when used and it’s on the small end. That being said, the service is great if there are any issues and there is never an issue with parking. Overall, considering the price point it’s good.
