You get what you pay for

This was the least expensive studio I could find within a 5-mile radius of campus. The property amenities are great - two pools and jacuzzis and a small but well-equipped fitness center. The apartments are spacious, quiet, and secure. However, the building is old and not very well maintained. The hallways are dark and dirty, the trash chutes have garbage piled up outside, and the hot water in the sinks/showers takes a solid five minutes to heat up. You also have to watch out for hidden fees buried deep in the lease.
